Tea Receipes

Russian Spiced Iced Tea
  • 4 whole cloves
  • 5 lemon tea bags
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 tsp of powdered ginger
  • 1/2 a cup of lemon juice
  • 2 cups of fresh white grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 a cup of sugar
  • A picther of ice
  • Boil 6 cups of water. Mix all the spices and add to the water. Add the tea bags to the water and let the mixture steep for approximately 6-8 minutes. Strain the tea and let it cool. After it cools add sugar and stir. Add the juices and serve over ice.

    Apple and Honey Iced Tea
  • 4 Tea bags
  • 1/3 a cup of honey.
  • 3 cups of apple juice
  • Boil 3 cups of water and steep the tea bags for approximately 5 minutes. Strain the tea bags in to the serving container. Add the honey and apple juice and stir until the honey is completed dissolved. Serve over ice.

    Cranberry-Ginger Tea
  • 2 Tea bags of Kenya Ginger Tea
  • 1/2 a cup of cranberry juice
  • Pinch of nutmeg
  • Boil 2 cups of water. Steep the tea bags for 5 minutes. Strain the tea and add nutmeg and cranberry juice. Serve when the tea is warm.

    Indian Milk Tea Receipe
  • 1/4 a cup Kenya loose tea
  • 2 cups of milk
  • 3-4 whole cloves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 3-4 cardamon pods
  • Pour the cloves, cinnamon, cardamon pods (cracked open) into 2 cups of water and boil. After boiling, let the mixture stand for 5-10 minutes. Add the loose tea and steep. Add 2 cups of milk to the tea and spice mixture and heat (do not boil). Strain the tea and add 3 tablespoons of sugar. Stir and serve when hot.

    Spicey Milk Tea
  • 4 tsp of Indian Mocha Chai
  • 6 whole cloves
  • 1/2 a tsp of ground ginger
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of milk
  • Boil 4 cups of water and simmer with cinnamon, ginger, and cloves for 10 minutes. Add the Indian Mocha chai and steep for 5 minutes. Add milk and heat (do not boil). Strain the tea and spices, add some honey and serve.
