Coffee receipes
Black Forest coffee
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
6 ounces fresh brewed coffee
1 tablespoon maraschino cherry juice Whipped cream
Shaved chocolate
Maraschino cherry
Using a mug or bowl, mix the coffee, chocolate syrup, and cherry juice. Gently pour some whipped cream, and garnish with chocolate shavings and a cherry.
Canalua coffee (Brazilian)
A shot of Kalua liquor
3 shots of hot coffee with sugar, milk, cream.
1 shot of Brazilian cachaça
Mix the chacha, liqour, and coffee (in that order) in a preheated glass. Pour cream on top of the mix and garnish with a cookie or strawberry
Carribean coffee
1 oz dark rum
5 oz hot black coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar
Pour coffee and rum into an irish coffee cup. Sweeten to your liking. Float the cream on top, sprinkle with grated chocolate and serve.
Mexican coffee
1 oz Kahlua coffee liqueur
5 oz hot black coffee
1 1/2 oz whipped cream
1 tsp sugar
Pour coffee and Kahlua into an irish coffee cup. Sweeten to your liking. Float the cream on top, sprinkle with grated chocolate and serve.
White Russian Coffee
1 brewed pot of French Vanilla or Creme Brulee coffee
1 cup of heavy cream
1 1/2 cups of coffee flavored liqueur
Chocolate shavings or ground chocolate
Brew coffee, then add and stir heavy cream and liqueur. Garnish the top with chocolate grounds or shavings.
